2.1 Non-architectural certification

The plans provided by BeSmalls are offered solely as a construction aid and do not constitute architectural certification in any way. The user acknowledges that these plans do not replace the intervention of a professional architect and must be adapted to local regulations.

2.2 Plan contents

Each set of plans includes architectural plans, elevations, technical details, and a list of materials. Limited technical support is offered after purchase.

3. Usage Restrictions

It is strictly forbidden to give, share, resell, distribute, or reproduce the purchased plans.

Any violation constitutes infringement liable to legal proceedings (Intellectual Property Code), which may result in:

• Damages
• Criminal penalties (up to 3 years imprisonment and €300,000 fine)
• Immediate closure of the user account

BeSmalls uses technical measures to identify any unauthorized reproduction.

5. Intellectual Property

The website content and plans are protected by copyright. The buyer receives a personal and non-exclusive license, limited to the construction of a single tiny house.
